Experience Inner Healing at deep levels, clearing blocks and shifting patterns that hold you back from the life you were intended to live.

These sessions work to release pain from the past, clear emotional blocks that are holding you back and uproot the cause of emotional pain that shows itself in depression, anxiety, autoimmune diseases and much more. We'll work on the subconscious level, where energetic patterns and blocks are stored. Once those areas are released and cleared, more "life," energy, or spirit can fill and flow through your being.

Your perceptions begin to shift, and more creativity, joy, and hope are experienced. The 60-minute sessions are tailored specifically for each individual client. The 15-minute appointments are follow-ups/ check-ins later in the week regarding what we worked on, weekly assignments, and what shifts have been noticed. The assignments are individually tailored to what works for each client. Some assignments might be daily meditations, affirmations, prayers, or journaling.
